30-Day Return and Refund Guarantee

Time Frame: Our commitment to satisfaction extends up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Condition for Return: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Helmets
• Clothing
• Used Bikes

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Manufacturer Returns: Please avoid sending items directly back to the manufacturer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll inform you about the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified period.

Issues with Refunds:

• Haven’t received your refund? First, check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company; it might take time for your refund to be officially posted.
• Check with your bank for processing times.

Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@esebike.co.uk and send your item to: UNIT 50 , RAYMOUTH ROAD, SE16 2DB.

Gifts and Shipping Returns

Gift Returns:

• If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return’s value. A gift certificate will be mailed after we receive the returned item.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:

• Mail your product to: UNIT 50 , RAYMOUTH ROAD, SE16 2DB.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be less the return shipping cost.
• For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
